Does CXC recruit contract or permanent staff?

No we only manage contractors after they have been sourced either directly or through an agency. CXC are entirely vendor neutral and do not provide recruitment sourcing services.


How can I gain greater visibility of spend on contingent workers and suppliers?

CXC have created a Spend and Process Audit tool that establishes how many contingent workers you have, what you are paying them, who is supplying them and whether you are paying more for your contingent workers than you should.

CXC have a defined onboarding and off boarding process to ensure that contractors have all the tools and information they require to hit the ground running and also have a defined knowledge transfer process to ensure that your organization does not lose key knowledge when a contractor leaves.

We manage the relationship with a contingent worker for AWD purposes. Our model removes the risk of contractors being deemed as “employees” of our clients and provides a centralised contractor management process and reporting to ensure 100% compliance. This includes monitoring and reporting on contract expiration and visa compliance.

All contractors are automatically covered by our Professional Indemnity and Public Liability policy.
